Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant solid tumors with an increasing incidence and poor prognosis.In recent years,neoadjuvant therapy has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of pancreatic cancer,which is aimed at eliminating tumor micrometastases,improving the radical resection rate and improving the prognosis of patients.However,there is a great controversy in the selection of suitable population,treatment options,efficacy evaluation and resectability prediction of neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the current status and controversial issues of neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer,aiming to promote the standardized treatment of pancreatic cancer.
