减重手术在2型糖尿病中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: The global prevalence of obesity has risen sharply,and the prevalence of obesity-related complications is also increasing,including diabetes,hypertension,and dyslipidemia.Bariatric surgery is a treatment method for obese patients to obtain continuous weight loss.It also has a significant effect in improving and even treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and the effect is significantly better than traditional treatment.The purpose of this review is to summarize the literature on bariatric surgery and T2DM,and to summarize the relevant research evidence about the application of bariatric surgery in type 2 diabetes.
