Abstract: Objective：To evaluate the feasibility and safety of simple splenectomy with miniincision.Methods：It reviewed the perioperative outcomes of 13 patients who received simple splenectomy with miniincision from April 2016 to December 2017.Results：The average hours of spelenectomy were 40min. The average length of incision was 10cm The average amount of bleeding during operation was 200ml and the average days of postoperative discharging were 10.5d. 2 patients were with postoperative pancreatic fistula, 2 patients were with postoperative splenopyretic and 2 pantents were with postoperative left pleural effusion. No complications or deaths directly resulted from the surgery happened in the rest patients.Conclusion：Simple splenectomy with miniincision is a new method of splenectomy with feature of less time consuming, minimal invasive, easy to popularize, safety and feasibility, which is suitable for various kinds of the spleen disease.
