Abstract: [Abstract] Kidney transplantation is the optimal treatment of endstage renal disease.In order to offset the shortage of donors，the proportion of marginal donor kidneys have increased significantly and the higher requirements have been put forward on preservation and evaluation.Normothermic machine perfusion is a potential way to objectively evaluate the quality of donor kidneys and repair the damage by preserving organs under physiological conditions，and has been applied in clinic gradually in recent years.This review summarizes the progress of kidney normothermic machine perfusion research in organ preservation，repairing and evaluation.
