Abstract: [Abstract]  Chylous serous cavity effusion refers to the abnormal accumulation of chylous fluid in the serous cavity，including chylothorax，chyloperitoneum and chylopericardium.The incidence of chylous serous cavity effusion after radical resection of esophageal carcinoma is rare，but it is one of the most important complications affecting the prognosis of patients.The etiology，risk factors，diagnosis and treatment measures of chylous serosal cavity effusion after radical resection of esophageal carcinoma are reviewed in this article.
