Clinical status and advances in targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer

Abstract: Pancreatic cancer has always been called the “king of cancer” due to its extremely high mortality.In recent years,the global incidence rate of pancreatic cancer has risen rapidly.Furthermore,pancreatic cancer is lack of effective therapeutic strategies and has seriously harmed human health.With the rapid development of precision therapy,targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has also progressed rapidly.Although targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has improved the prognosis of only a few patients,it has brought light to pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the research progress of therapeutic targets and related drugs for pancreatic cancer.
