Abstract: Immune cells are closely related to the progression and treatment of tumors.Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is widely used in analyzing the biological behavior,mechanisms,and relationship between tumor-infiltrating immune cells and the body at the single-cell level.The Results show that scRNA-seq can comprehensively dissect tumor-infiltrating immune cells and promote personalized and precise clinical treatment.
