Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) parameters and the expression of golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3) in breast cancer. Methods A total of 107 breast cancer patients confirmed by pathology were recruited, and the characteristic of CEUS were analyzed. The expression of GOLPH3 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship betweenGOLPH3 positive and negative breast cancer and initial increasing time, peak acceleration time, initial increasing rate and enhancement rate was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in age and tumor size among patients with different expression levels of golph3(P=0.431,0.238),but there were significant differences in lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P=0.011,0.005).The positive rate of VEGF expression was 81.21%(87/107).The characteristics of breast cancer contrast-enhanced ultrasound were mainly uneven partial enhancement and overall enhancement. The time-intensity curve was “fast in and out” or “fast in and out” type. The initial increase time, peak time and peak acceleration time of GOLPH3 positive breast cancer were lower than those of GOLPH3 negative breast cancer, and the enhancement rate of GOLPH3 positive breast cancer was higher than that of GOLPH3 negative breast cancer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rates of breast cancer patients with different golph3 expression levels and CEUS parameters were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters of breast cancer are closely related to the expression of GOLPH3,which may be valuable to diagnose breast cancer.
