Abstract: Pancreatic cancer has a high degree of invasion, and local lymph nodes and distant metastases are diagnosed at the first diagnosis.Long-chain non-coding RNAs(1ncRNAs)were originally thought to be the “noise” of the gene transcriptome and were not taken seriously. However, with the deepening of research, scholars have found that 1ncRNAsaregenerally transcribed in the human genome and play  important regulatory roles, which is closely related to tumor development and metastasis. There are a large number of dysregulated 1ncRNAs in pancreatic cancer, which play different biological regulation mechanisms in pancreatic cancer metastasis according to their subcellular localization and structure, involving EMT,autophagy, tumor metabolism, and key drive genes and many other aspects.Further research on the relationship between lncRNAs and tumor metastasis may provide new strategies for pancreatic cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. This article summarizes the recent advances in the study oflncRNA in pancreatic cancer metastasis.
