Abstract: Spinal intramedullary tuberculomas（SIMT）refers to central nervous system tuberculosis that occurs in the spinal cord of tuberculoma.Because the incidence of SIMT is low，clinical cases are rare，clinical symptoms and imaging findings are similar to intramedullary tumor sym-ptoms，so clinical diagnosis and treatment are relatively difficult.At present，domestic and foreign literature reports that SIMT is mostly reported in the form of case.The diagnosis of SIMT is mainly based on imaging and postoperative pathology.The treatment of SIMT mainly inclu-des chemotherapy alone，surgery and chemotherapy.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of SIMT based on the current domestic and foreign literatures.
