Abstract: This paper presented the method and advantages of gasless endoscopic thyroid lobectomy via unilateral subclavian approach.The summarized “four-marker method” simplifies surgical procedures,enabling surgeons to quickly identify crucial anatomical structures and successfully complete the operation.This approach demonstrates broad applicability and feasibility,warranting its widespread clinical adoption.
