Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most common malignancies and a variety of factors can contribute to the occurrence and development of HCC.Among them,changes in the immune microenvironment may play an important role in recurrence and metastasis,immune escape and immune resistance of HCC.In recent years,immunotherapy represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors,adoptive cell therapy and tumor vaccine has brought new hope to patients with HCC.This review is focused on the research progress on the impacts of different immune cells of tumor microenvironment on the occurrence and development of HCC and the efficacy of different immunotherapies,as well as the outlook of immunotherapy trend.
