Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPN) is a rare pancreatic disease that usually occurs in young women and usually has no or only nonspecific clinical manifestations.Due to the improvement of imaging technology and a better understanding of SPN,the detection rate of SPN is increasing.Although most patients with SPN have a good prognosis after radical resection, there may still be local recurrence or metastasis after operation. In recent years,it has been found that SPN accounts for the majority of pancreatic tumors in children. However, there is a lack of research on pediatric patients with SPN.By reviewing the literature reports of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas in children at home and abroad, this paper reviews the progress of clinical treatment of pancreatic pseudopapilloma in children.

Key words: pediatrics, solidpseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas, progress of treatment
