Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy and characteristics of plateletrich fibrin in the clinical application of chronic refractory wounds.Methods:A total of 105 patients with chronic refractory wounds diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected.The medical records of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the efficacy of the patients was statistically analyzed.There were 44 males and 61 females.Age 2 to 76 years old,with an average of 42.6 years old.The course of illness is 3 weeks to 6 months.All patients received plateletrich fibrin treatment for 2 to 6 weeks,and the wound healing effect and prognosis were evaluated.Results:Of the 105 patients,92 had good wound healing,10 had normal healing,and 3 were ineffective.Conclusion:Plateletrich fibrin has the characteristics of simple operation,definite curative effect,and economical application in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.
