Abstract: Objective:A case of gastric antrum lipoma was resected by 3D laparoscopy through sarcoplasmic reticulum.Methods:The general surgery department of jiangsu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine performed 3D laparoscopic sarcosiotomy on a patient with gastric lipoma at 20190109.Preoperative abdominal CT:gastric antrum occupation,lipoma possible,size 40 mm×35 mm,pedicle free,ultrasonic gastroscopy: submucosal eminence of gastric antrum,lipoma possible.During the operation,the muscle layer of the pulp was incised and the gastric mucosa was not damaged.Results:The operation was smooth without intraoperative bleeding and no gastric tube was placed.The operation time was 115min.Postoperative pathology showed submucosal lipoma of the gastric antrum with a size of 3.8 cm×2.7cm×1.7cm.Conclusion:The lipoma of gastric antrum was successfully resected by 3D laparoscopy through the sarcoplasmic reticulum,and the postoperative recovery was good.
