Abstract: Pancreatic fistula is the most common and serious complication after distal pancreatectomy.How to effectively reduce the occurrence of pancreatic fistula and timely treatment after the occurrence of pancreatic fistula is an urgent clinical problem to be solved.In this article，the current status and progress of research on the risk factors of pancreatic fistula after distal pancreatectomy and the prevention and treatment of pancreatic fistula are reviewed.
