Abstract: Primary hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）is one of the most common malignant tumors in the clinic.Liver transplantation（LTx）is recognized as the most effective treatment for the end-stage liver disease.In China，HCC is the main indication for LTx.In this paper，the research progress of LTx for HCC on the aspects of indications，individualized immunosuppressive protocol and treatment of tumor recurrence.
