Abstract: Duplex kidney is a common anomaly of the urinary system.The deformity is often asymptomatic.A smaller number of them become evident as a consequence of hydronephrosis，vesicoureteral reflux（VUR）or incontinence.Ureteral duplication is often associated with duplicated ureters and ureterocele.Ureteral duplication is often associated with vesicoureteral reflux or ectopic ureter opening.At present，the diagnosis of duplex kidney，ureteral duplication and ureterocele are the following methods ：ultrasonography，excretory urography，computed tomography（CT）and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）.The main method of treatment is surgery.The article mainly about duplex kidney，ureteral duplication accompanied ureterocele of the latest progress.
