胰腺癌靶向治疗临床现状和展望

摘要： 胰腺癌因其超高的死亡率，一直是公认的“癌中之王”。近年来胰腺癌全球发病率快速上升，且缺乏有效治疗策略，严重危害了人类健康。随着精准治疗高速发展，胰腺癌靶向治疗也取得快速进步。虽然目前胰腺癌靶向治疗只改善了少部分病人的预后，但为胰腺癌治疗带来曙光。本文对胰腺癌治疗靶点及其相关靶向药物的研究进展进行综述。

关键词: 胰腺癌, 治疗靶点, 靶向药物

Abstract: Pancreatic cancer has always been called the “king of cancer” due to its extremely high mortality.In recent years,the global incidence rate of pancreatic cancer has risen rapidly.Furthermore,pancreatic cancer is lack of effective therapeutic strategies and has seriously harmed human health.With the rapid development of precision therapy,targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has also progressed rapidly.Although targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has improved the prognosis of only a few patients,it has brought light to pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the research progress of therapeutic targets and related drugs for pancreatic cancer.
